About Us
Dedicated to a Delicious Fresh cup of coffee
As life-long coffee lovers from Israel, we have tasted coffee from all over the world: Italy, France, Portugal, Turkey, Uganda,
El Salvador, Peru, Colombia, Brazil and of course the United States.
BUT! Nothing came close to the smooth taste and enjoyment we felt after trying coffee that had JUST been roasted from a friend’s coffee farm. And that’s when we realized: Fresh roasted coffee is the only way to go!
From there, we continued our research and tested different coffees -only fresh roasted- until we found the one-that has a smooth taste, not too bitter, not sour, no after taste, but has just, the taste of coffee, as coffee should be!
We turned what was a delicious hobby into a fun business roasting and providing fresh coffee!

With Architecture and Design background
Coming from the Architecture and design industry, with 5 years of Architecture studies in Israel and Scotland combined, with 30 years of experience in the design and aesthetics field, with always listening and creating beauty for others to enjoy, while enjoying every moment of it myself and understanding the importance of the beauty in the little details-
Creating the coffee roasting business was another great creation, but this time with the intention to reach more people, and have them all share the moment- the moment of coffee, joy, communication.
Simple as it sounds, but so great!
